At Psalm 107 Market, every catering order is thoughtfully prepared fresh and specifically for your event. Because our catering services require advance planning, ingredient sourcing, and dedicated preparation time, the following policies apply to all catering orders.
Catering orders may be canceled 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled event for a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellations made 4-6 calendar days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total order amount.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
Changes to guest counts, menu selections, or event details must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability and approval.
Once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun, additional cancellation or modification restrictions may apply, as communicated before confirmation.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your catering date and confirm your order.
The remaining balance must be paid before the scheduled event, according to the payment deadline provided on your invoice.
Deposits are applied toward the total catering cost and are subject to the cancellation terms above.
An event date is not considered reserved until the required deposit has been received.
If there is a problem with your catering order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, Psalm 107 Market credit, or partial or full refund if:
You received an incorrect menu item.
Your order was incomplete.
There was a verified food quality issue resulting from our preparation.
Your order did not reasonably match the agreed-upon catering specifications.
Refunds are not provided for:
Personal taste or preference.
Guest count changes or unused food.
Failure to receive or pick up an order at the agreed-upon time.
Issues resulting from improper storage or handling after pickup or delivery.
Minor variations in appearance, presentation, or portioning that naturally occur with freshly prepared, handmade food.
Pickup and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before your event.
Clients are responsible for being available at the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time.
If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible.
Significant delays may affect food quality, safety, or delivery availability.
Additional delivery or waiting fees may apply if communicated and agreed upon in advance.
All catering food is prepared with attention to freshness, quality, and safe food handling practices.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, the client is responsible for maintaining appropriate food temperatures, storage, and handling.
Perishable foods should be refrigerated promptly unless maintained at safe serving temperatures.
Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming your order. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.
In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Psalm 107 Market will communicate with the client as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling, available alternatives, or an appropriate refund.
If Psalm 107 Market is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, the client will receive a full refund of payments made for the unfulfilled services.
